Jeroen Meijer.
After obtaining an associate's degree in Applied Mathematics from the
Technical University Twente, Netherlands, he obtained an associate's
degree in psychology and a Master's degree
in Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, in 1990.
His studies were completed with an additional year of Artificial
Intelligence at the University of Utrecht, Netherlands.
He is fluent in
Dutch, English, German and French, and has a conversational level of
Spanish.
Jeroen Meijer has passed the FINRA Series 65
Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination, and the FINRA Series 3
National Commodity Futures Examination.
He started his career as computer programmer
at CDK Bank / Grenswisselkantoren. He then moved on to become
managed futures investment researcher at Transtrend BV in The
Netherlands, a Commodity
Trading Advisor, who has USD 5 billion under management as of Sep
2016. Subsequently, he worked six years in the statistics
department of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and
Development (OECD) in Paris, France. After working one and a half year
in Japan, he worked in The Netherlands and the United States, where he
helped multinational companies optimize their Enterprise Resource
Planning software and Business Intelligence computer systems. In 2009,
he founded Ascent IT LLC.
